The Designer behind Studio 1820

Faten Baassiri, an award-winning designer, is dedicated to creating impactful interior spaces with meticulous attention to detail and a unique vision. In 2023, she achieved NCIDQ certification, a prestigious recognition for interior designers. She is also a proud member of ASID (the American Society of Interior Designers).

She excels in managing a range of interior design projects, from small-scale creations to significant residential and commercial ventures. Notably, she received the 2013 Global Impact Grant Award for her volunteer work in renovating a Pediatric Chemo Unit. With a B.A. in Interior Architecture and a Master’s degree in Design from Milan, she has worked at various design firms, developing multidisciplinary expertise that extends beyond interior design to include bespoke furniture design, architectural consultancy, product design, urban furniture, and more.

Her product designs were showcased at the 2017 Chelsea Market event. Committed to community development, she has empowered underprivileged women through fabrication assignments associated with the collection.

Investment

We offer two types of services, each with its own pricing structure.

Our Virtual Interior Design service is available at a flat rate, ensuring transparency and simplicity. Pricing depends on the

size and scope of each area.

For Full or Partial Service Interior Design, we use a hybrid of a flat fee and an hourly rate for specific tasks, such as custom case goods. The exact pricing structure depends on the complexity of the project. Typically in the market, design services account for around 10% of the total project cost, such as in a complete apartment gut renovation.
